If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. There are a few key things to keep in mind if considering the 12x24. Do not use on hilly or uneven fields. While you can easily move the 12x24 with one person pulling straight ahead, it is best to use two people after locking the handle mechanism in place. Not recommended in tall grass higher than 24 inches!
