RETURNS
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method. Unless the item is defective, the return shipping will be deducted off the refund.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging.
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
- No returns on food items.
- TRUCK FREIGHT ITEMS, return shipping will be deducted from the refund.
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

c. Reason For Return
d. Choose Refund, Exchange, Credit. - We will send you a prepaid label.
- Print your prepaid shipping label that you will receive by email.
- Send all items back to us using the label provided.

Chicken Nest Box - Bristle Pad
Our nest pads are designed to fit the Yuneek Nest Box and the Best Nest, nest boxes. The bristles keep the eggs clean. Any manure or dirt goes down into the bristle, allowing the eggs to roll to the collection area without getting messy.
To clean the pad, simple make it wet. Then slap the pad against a solid surface. The dirt will all come to the front and be easily removed.
