Description

This canner is for the serious homestead or commercial canning operation. The canner can be wood fired for fast heat. If you prefer more control, use the LP burner (sold separate).

The original intent is for water bath canning, but people have found many more uses like... scalding, blanching, cooking corn, and buchering.

Choose from the 30 Gallon or 40 Gallon canner. The 40 Gallon size is 19" Deep and offers double stacking for quart jars when canning with the water bath canning method.
