Are you building your custom freezer unit? Give us a call, let us know how we can help. We recommend 50-60 RPM on the shaft.

Try to reach 8° F in the ice brine. At this temperature, it should take 25-30 minutes for a batch.

We recommend adding 3 pumps of our Food-Safe grease to the gearbox every 6-10 batches. Remember, a little often is better than a-lot once in a while.
