He said that he had to contact them several times regarding measurement settings, and they were always courteous and resourceful. He was so happy with his order that I decided to give them a try. He did mention however that I had to be very precise with my home measurements and know exactly what I wanted as the final product because they have a bunch of options for customization. This is where the customer service is amazing because they work with you if you contact them with any questions. Keep in mind that since these are special custom orders they do require time but, in my opinion, it is so worth it. They are a reliable company that I will continue to use when the need arises. Nicely made, is adjustable for different height pies and or even cake of the same diameter that will fit into it! VERY sturdy-made, and is made in the USA!

i built a stand and added a hose barb and hose to collect brine in a bucket to allow me to use the freezer indoors without dripping brine on the floor.
it is an improvement when its uncomfortably warm and humid outdoors

I was so happy to find an American company to buy from, and true craftmanship went into making it. The pan works very well and is made to last years! Excellent product with clean welds however it needs some more pitch to fully drain.
