We ship via UPS for most packages. Small parcels may ship via USPS Priority Mail

Expedited Shipping

2 Day Handling, 1-3 days in transit
Choose Expedited Shipping during checkout.
We can manually make sure your order goes out in time to meet your deadline. The destination will make a big difference. Please call us if you need to have the product by a certain day.

Truck Freight

Not FREE SHIPPING. Rates greatly vary based on location.
Truck Freight items are quoted based on destination.
If you contact us before checkout, we can add it to the order.
If you checkout first, we will contact you with the truck freight pricing and provide an invoice to pay the freight before shipping.
Delivery appointments will be made for Residential Deliveries.
Delivery to a Commercial address, commercial neighbborhood, no liftgate, is the cheapest.
Liftgate Delivery generally adds $75.
Residential/Limited Access generally adds $100
Items over 8 feet long will require a loader or forklift to unload.

So far, so good.

Thus far our experience has been fine. We enjoyed ordering from Homeplace Market, LLC and would purchase from them again. It took my husband and I about half a day to assemble the coop, it being our first time. It may go slightly quicker next time. Everything seems solid and good quality. The 6x10 isn’t a breeze to move like the smaller sizes, but it’s doable and we move it every day. If this year goes well we plan to order more.
