I was having a hard time removing the motor assembly when my ice cream was done churning. The flaw lies in my aging back and reduced muscle mass as a result of medical issues, definitely not with the Immergood. This is simply the best ice cream churn I have ever seen. And soooo quiet!
So I thought perhaps putting a latch on the other side would solve my problem and I called, talked to Wendel, and he fixed me up. He gave me all of the info I needed to replace the existing bracket and the change out went smoothly.

We have used these freezer boxes for years but the lids have disappeared over time, what a relief to be able to just order lids. These are the best freezer boxes we’ve used, so glad to keep them in use!

Actually being stainless steel this dasher is better than the original. And the design is improved with the poly scrapers over wood. I still have dashers with wood scrapers but I prefer the poly for cleanup and general wear and tear. It's nice to have parts available to improve and keep the old machines running.

I leave my clothespins out on the line year round. The wood ones I used to used have fallen apart, rotted, twisted. These metal ones look as good as the day I bought them. I can trust them to hold securely in the Kansas wind! I tell all of my friends about them!

The spigot on this is a game changer. We have used it 5 times already. If you are looking for a water bath canner this is the one to purchase. We just recently purchased the 24qt and started using it
If you want an 100% Family owned, American made, durable quality product, buy an Immergood Ice Cream Freezer. I’ve made 6 batches of ice cream to date with my new 6qt. Ice Cream freezer. The motor is strong and well built- I purchased the hand crank as well to include the grand kids- we now prefer the hand crank over the motor. 25 minutes of cranking and the ice cream is ready to serve!!! The stainless steel parts are heavy duty. This will last several generations. Thank You !!!
