The hydrant sleeve is as shown and exactly what we needed. After searching and calling multiple suppliers, who couldn't answer my questions, I chose to purchase, at a slightly higher price, from Homeplace Market, simply because I finally spoke to someone who knew the product and gave me instructions on how to use it.
