If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method. Unless the item is defective, the return shipping will be deducted off the refund.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging.

With its supportive ribs and two risers underneath, this board can handle any heavy-duty stacking during your "Jenga" sessions. Your rack won't bow or sag from continuous use and you'll never have to worry about water running off your sink again.
This is EXTRA-LARGE. This drain board is 18.5" wide and 23.5" long.
NOTE: A manufacturing condition will cause some drainboards to set unevenly until weight is applied to the top of the drainboard.

Cleaning
If you have hard water or heavy minerals, wipe dry after use to prevent water spots. A homemade solution of vinegar and baking soda will loosen hard water marks. Do no use a steel scrubby (this will leave rust marks).

Great replacement drain board for the plastic one that was nasty. This is even large enough to hold scrub brushes etc. The angle allows the water to flow easily into the sink. Nice quality.

I was hesitant at first because this dish rack is expensive, but this is a commercial product for the home and it will last your lifetime and your kids too lol! I used plastic drain for awhile, but it was hard to clean. So I got non stainless steel drain and it rusted super quick. Glad to find something that won't rust when it is basically constantly exposed to water in our home (lots of dishes!)

Excellent product with clean welds however it needs some more pitch to fully drain.

This is a really nice drain board. The only thing I would change is the width. If it could be just another 1" or 1 1/2" wider it would be absolutely perfect.I have a rubbermaid dish drainer. With the ridges on the drain board I can't put the dish drainer perfectly in the middle. It's a tight fit for putting glasses on the sides where they won't drip onto the counter. I know with this quality I won't ever have to replace it.

This is a very large drain board. Very high quality and will last a lifetime. The little rubber pieces to put on to protect the counter top were missing. I called and they arrived quickly. Customer service is top notch! I will order again.

I felt frivolous spending this much money on a drainboard for my dishrack but when I opened it, I am so happy I did! This is made very well, heavy duty and large. I have only had it a few weeks but use it daily for dishes (no dishwasher and I cook from scratch daily) and have also used it twice for prepping raw meats. It definitely will pass the test of time...decades and decades. I would give it a 10 star if I could.
I also purchased the Daisy dishrack along with the drainboard. The dishrack is outsourced and made in China to Homeplace specifications. It is large and roomy for a full load of dishes, mixing bowls, pots pans. The utensil drainer has two sections and is large also. It is a hard black plastic; I would have preferred it to be stainless.
I do have suggestions for the dishrack though... the utensil drainer does not have drain holes on the very bottom, it dries 'ok' but water does pool in there. I have to be careful to make sure my hands and the utensils drip off some after rinsing them before putting them in. I do not suggest using the method of putting all utensils in then rinsing all at once. A stainless utensil drainer would be better.
The rack portion that is flat (not the plate standing area) has a little too much space between the wires...fine for lining things up such as pot covers etc., but small items fall through and things like a spout lip on a measuring cup gets caught up between them. I feel a portion of that area could benefit from a grid pattern.
The feet on the rack are set into black hard plastic caps/cups...the caps are open on the top allowing drips and debris to puddle in them. They do pull off but over time I know they will eventually break/crack. All in all, it is a nice dishrack, I would give that only 3 stars at this time...maybe less as time goes on. If changes were made, I would give it a 5 star....plus I would have been willing to pay a little more for it.
Delivery was timely, it was well packaged. The drain board comes with 8 clear stick-on silicone feet to protect the counter that I could not find after digging through all the packing paper in the box twice... finally found them in a bottom corner of the box, hiding.
