If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method. Unless the item is defective, the return shipping will be deducted off the refund.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging.
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
- No returns on food items.
- TRUCK FREIGHT ITEMS, return shipping will be deducted from the refund.

I leave my clothespins out on the line year round. The wood ones I used to used have fallen apart, rotted, twisted. These metal ones look as good as the day I bought them. I can trust them to hold securely in the Kansas wind! I tell all of my friends about them!

I ordered a set of stainless clothes pins from another company as well as from this company. They both work great, but my young son can actually use the ones from this company (the other ones are hard to open)...much better than wood clips

I've used wooden clothes pins for years and them popping apart has been so annoying as well as having to use several on 1 article of clothing on windy days. Well those days are gone! These stainless steel pins are durable, grip really well and will NOT pop apart. As my wooden ones bite the dust, I'll be replacing with these until all I have are these excellent clothes pins.
