RETURNS
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method. Unless the item is defective, the return shipping will be deducted off the refund.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging.
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
- No returns on food items.
- TRUCK FREIGHT ITEMS, return shipping will be deducted from the refund.

d. Choose Refund, Exchange, Credit. - We will send you a prepaid label.
- Print your prepaid shipping label that you will receive by email.
- Send all items back to us using the label provided.

For custom fitting, choose a thickness you need. The can should have enough "play" to move up and down about 1/8"- 1/4". If it does not move at all, you are putting extra pressure and wear on the center and gears. If it moves too far, you are barely allowing the gears to turn the square on top of the lid.
Choose the spacer if all you want to do is elevate the tub center.
SPECIAL: The "4 Qt. White Mountain Adapted" tub center allows you to use a 6 qt. Immergood tub for the shorter 4 qt. White Mountain can. This includes a: Standard Tub Center, 1" Riser.

How do you determine size if you don't have original or know how to measure?

The measurement is the thickness of the base. 99% of people will want the "White Mountain / Immergood" part. You will be making new holes in the tub for a secure attachment.
Replacing the tub center on a old 6 quart white mountain. Which size do I need?
The 1064 would be what you are looking for. The White Mountain/Immergood size.
