If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method. Unless the item is defective, the return shipping will be deducted off the refund.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging.
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
- No returns on food items.

The part includes the attached gear. Unit comes pre-greased.
Not Included...motor, bottom gear housing, intermediate gear, motor cover.
New or Used?
This part was installed on a White Mountain motor. We test each motor before placing them in available inventory. Some of the motors from brand new make a lot of noise, indicating a short life on the motor. White Mountain does not actually build parts, so we take motors that did not pass our inspection and disassemble them for parts. So, yes, they were assembled, but they are also new with no wear or subjected to a load.

I bought this to obtain the gear for an old white mountain ice cream motor but the shaft the gear is mounted on is a smaller diameter than my old one but with minor modifications I was able to mount my old motor on the new frame bridge, I was hoping to use my original bridge with the new gear but this part was still effective in repairing the motor.
Hi, thanks for your reply. We try to make our parts fit the most models, but there has been some changes in the models over the years that are hard to docoument. We recomend replacing the bridge along with the gear. The stud which the gear rides on often has some wear. Also, the new bridge has bronze bushings for the intermediate gear where most of the older WM bridge frames where only lubricated by grease.

We bought a White Mountain ice cream freezer at an estate sale for $10 and thought WOW!!! But when we got it home found that the bridge had an end broken Still a good deal, but bummer. But you came to the rescue with the part that fixed the problem and made it like new. So at this time we have $71.00 invested in a $300 White Mountain freezer. I'm thinking it was a good deal. So give these guy a call/chance and see what you can fix.

My old White Mountain ice cream freezer quit working after thirty years. I talked with a gentleman at Home place market and he helped me figure out what the problem was. He was absolutely right!! The new part was exactly as represented and came very quickly. I put it all back together and now it works perfectly once again.
