If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method. Unless the item is defective, the return shipping will be deducted off the refund.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging.
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
- No returns on food items.

If you want an 100% Family owned, American made, durable quality product, buy an Immergood Ice Cream Freezer. I’ve made 6 batches of ice cream to date with my new 6qt. Ice Cream freezer. The motor is strong and well built- I purchased the hand crank as well to include the grand kids- we now prefer the hand crank over the motor. 25 minutes of cranking and the ice cream is ready to serve!!! The stainless steel parts are heavy duty. This will last several generations. Thank You !!!

Spent many hours as a youngster taking turns with my brother cranking ice cream. I bought this so my grandchildren could "enjoy" the process too. Also, my oldest grandson borrows it to use with his White Mountain unit for church youth groups.

Great Product, I purchased the hand crank because I had an issue with my motor. Immergood has great customer service they sent return label and then replaced my motor, couldn’t be more pleased with the service or the product. Brings back great memories from childhood. Quality is excellent!

White Mountain freezer motor quit working and could not find replacement so ordered this hand crank and was impressed by all stainless construction and gear ratio. Turned much easier than I remember hand cranks.
Also ordered a clear lid but it did not fit my 4 quart tub so requested refund. That process was simple and they immediately sent shipping label (prepaid) and I got a full refund on the cost of the lid within days. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
