If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method. Unless the item is defective, the return shipping will be deducted off the refund.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging.
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
- No returns on food items.
- TRUCK FREIGHT ITEMS, return shipping will be deducted from the refund.

d. Choose Refund, Exchange, Credit. - We will send you a prepaid label.
- Print your prepaid shipping label that you will receive by email.
- Send all items back to us using the label provided.

Old-fashioned method of hardening ice cream to keep it for several days in the Immergood freezer
Leave the ice cream in the can, remove the dasher and place a sheet of wax paper over the can. Press the can cover down over the wax paper and cover the lid hole with a cork or tape. Drain off the water in the tub and repack with 5 parts ice to 1 part salt, until the entire can and lid are covered with the ice/salt mixture. Then place the Immergood insulated cover over the top. Let set, will freeze hard.
