Oh the joy of having your own sweet corn, fresh from the local market or your garden. Likely the worst part is removing silk from the cob so you do not get the silk caught between your teeth. The AZS Brusher, sweet corn desilker makes the job much easier.

Built here in Pennsylvania, AZS makes a number of produce cleaning and handling equipment for small to medium produce farms. The Sweet Corn desilker is a well built machine that is designed for small commercial, rental and home use.

This cornsilker will remove the silk from average size ears at approx. 18 ears per minute. Expect the desilker to remove 98% of the silk on an average size ear. The corn desilker is not recommended for small ears.

One person desilking can keep ten people busy husking!

How it works

The desilker uses 4 rotating brushes and water to pull the silk off the cob. Turn on the desilker, turn on the water and push a husked cob in the one end. Keep adding cobs as they go in the machine. On the other end, collect the cobs, ready to cook or process. The water will slowly run out of the bottom of the machine.

• Water hose supply- garden hose fitting.
• An area where the water can drain, such as on a picnic table on the lawn.

Cleaning

This is an outdoor or wet environment machine. Rinse the brushes and machine with water after use. Complete cleaning instructions are included in the manual.

Warranty

A.Z.S. Brusher Equipment LLC warrants to the original purchaser that the equipment shall be free of defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of 90 days from first usage, but not more than 480 days after date of purchase.

Parts found to be defective will be replaced or repaired free of charge with the buyer assuming all freight expenses to and from the factory.
Under no circumstances shall A.Z.S. Brusher Equip. LLC be liable for any direct, incidental or consequential damages arising in the connection with the use, inability to use, mis-use, or misapplication of this equipment.

If a part or product is defective, contact the distributor as soon as possible to get the item approved for warranty. Manufacturer is not liable to cover the expense of parts not pre-approved.
