Shipments outside of the USA may / will incur customs fees depending on the destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors based on the product itself. The end customer is responsible for these fees. Any fees are paid to appropriate customs agency by the end customer.

RETURNS
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method. Unless the item is defective, the return shipping will be deducted off the refund.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging.
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
- No returns on food items.
- TRUCK FREIGHT ITEMS, return shipping will be deducted from the refund.
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

b. Name
c. Reason For Return
d. Choose Refund, Exchange, Credit. - We will send you a prepaid label.
- Print your prepaid shipping label that you will receive by email.
- Send all items back to us using the label provided.

Works with Immergood Ice Cream Maker. This reduces the mess of ice/salt water getting over you whole unit.

The fitting will self thread itself into the poly tub. If your fitting is too loose, consider using some teflon tape or plumbers paste to make a tighter fit.
When making ice cream inside our store or house with a motor, we like to set the freezer on a step stool and direct the hose into a bucket. This makes it nice to make the ice cream and also serve the ice cream from. Even the children can see the ice cream, right at eye level. If the appetite was not tantalized before, it will be now!
