This canner is for the serious homestead or commercial canning operation. The canner can be wood fired for fast heat. If you prefer more control, use the LP burner (sold separate).

This canner is similar to the Standard Large Square Canner, but features upgrades like double wall firebox with a lining of firebrick. This causes the canner to keep a nicer appearance as well as heating faster.
The original intent is for canning in jars, but people have found many more uses like... scalding, blanching, cooking corn, and butchering.
Built by the Amish of PA. Designed to be a long lasting canner/cooker option for serious canning folks.

If the actual cost of shipping does not fall within this price range +/- 10%, we will contact you to settle the difference. Please contact us to get a freight quote.
We can ship to a business with dock or forklift (best price) or residential delivery with liftgate service (adds $100-$300).
