If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method. Unless the item is defective, the return shipping will be deducted off the refund.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging.
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
- No returns on food items.

Are you looking for an economical way to get the ice cream made without having to work so hard. The Oakware motor is a solution for many who are looking for a little help when making their tasty ice cream.
IMPROVED! After repairing White Mountain Freezers for years, Oakware made some changes to improve the life of the motor. Bronze bushings reduce friction where the gears set in place. A new motor has been designed to power the unit.
Built with planetary gears, this motor will sound a little more like a blender running than a quiet hand crank style.
NOTE: White Mountain motor has been last built in 2020. Newell Rubbermaid, the owner of the brand has discontinued production of the White Mountain Products.

Bought a new motor that was delivered on 6/9/25 and used it maybe six times until yesterday 7/4/26 , I plugged it up to make some ice cream for the Fourth of July and within 30 seconds the motor was boiling out a nasty smelling smoke ! Very unhappy with an expensive motor that didn’t last any longer than that 😡😡

My White Mountain motor had given up the ghost, and it looked like having it repair was going to be more trouble and cost then it was worth. This seemed like a great option. I haven't had a chance to try it out yet, but I am sure it will be great.

This ice cream freezer motor is a great value. I have used it twice in a week, works great. I was able to get my ice cream frozen to a stiff consistency both times. After hand cranking my freezer for 32 years, this is a welcome change. Good value, good ice cream, good times!

The motor on my White Mountain ice cream freezer failed. Sounded like bad bearings. I am thrilled to confirm that this motor from Oakware fits perfectly and works great. Very happy to be able to continue using my White Mountain freezer. Also, company experience was great. I used regular shipping and the package was delivered MUCH earlier than the estimate time.

Based on the description, I guess this motor would not work on the newer 8qt Immergood ice cream freezers? Or is it just the Immergood brand motor that will work for the 8qt?
Hi, you are correct. The 8 qt. is wider than the 6 qt. Immergood. The Oakware motor will not fit on the Immergood 8 qt. freezer.
