This milk pasteurizer and yogurt machine is ideal for a small-scale dairy!
You don’t need a lot of milk! A maximum capacity of14 liters or 3,7 gallons is perfect for a micro-dairy. The minimum capacity is 3 liters or 0,8 gallons. A 1,5 kW heater can warm the milk up to 70°C or 158°F. Heating time from 4°C or 39°F to 70°C or 158°F takes no longer than 75 minutes.
