If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method. Unless the item is defective, the return shipping will be deducted off the refund.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging.
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
- No returns on food items.
- TRUCK FREIGHT ITEMS, return shipping will be deducted from the refund.

Are you looking to add a pulley to the normal "hand-crank" ice cream freezers? We do have an adapter to add the pulley directly to the hand-crank shaft, but this is not recommended. It will be hard to take on and off with the large pulley. It also will put strain on the tub and gear frame without a bearing to handle to stress.
We recommend a stainless steel "A-frame" mounting pedestal for attaching a bearing block. This makes it easy to take on and off. It also gives you a very durable and long-lasting option to power your ice cream freezer.
