RETURNS
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method. Unless the item is defective, the return shipping will be deducted off the refund.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging.
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
- No returns on food items.
- TRUCK FREIGHT ITEMS, return shipping will be deducted from the refund.
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

d. Choose Refund, Exchange, Credit. - We will send you a prepaid label.
- Print your prepaid shipping label that you will receive by email.
- Send all items back to us using the label provided.

This waterer is made of polyethylene, making it easy to clean and preventing the buildup of bacteria or algae. Its full polyurethane foam insulation helps keep your flock's water at the perfect temperature. Plus, the bowl refills automatically without any moving parts. With a 5 gallon reservoir, your birds will never go thirsty.
Usage note: Black seal needs to be made wet before closing. Just dunk it in the water first. This will ensure the lid will not allow air to enter.
