Rack is of good quality stainless steel and us

Rack is of good quality stainless steel and is spacious, holds many utensils at a time. Spoon holder is plastic, with no colour options other than black. Not sure why the spoon holder is also not made of stainless steel.

We have tried using stainless steel holders but have run into the same problem you mentioned with the drain board. Every water splash on the shiny stainless steel utensil holder will dry and leave water marks behind. We have had poor reviews of the stainless steel utensil holder because of this.

This is a good quality steel tray

This is a good quality steel tray. I had very high expectations after going through many plastic trays. But water stays stagnant on it and doesn’t fully drain unless you tilt the tray manually really well. Tray needs to be cleaned well almost every other day, otherwise there will be water marks and deposits.

We tried to find a balance between the critics saying it is too steep and the dishes will fall over and too flat that it does not drain. This model seems to be a balance between both.

I understand your concerns about water spots. Do you have any suggestions how we could have the water evaporate without leaving the minerals behind? I would love to make product that could earn your five star review. Other than requiring that customers use an RO filter on their water, I do not think it is possible to allow the drain board to dry without wiping without leaving water marks. Let me know what we can build that would meet your needs.

Lids are too loose

The lids are too loose so I can't use them for freezing like I was planning on. The lids could have been designed better.
