If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method. Unless the item is defective, the return shipping will be deducted off the refund.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging.
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
- No returns on food items.

Our long-lasting, low maintenance freezer unit.
Experience the quality of a commercial ice cream freezer wherever you need it. Our 20 quart, 5 gallon homemade ice cream maker will keep up with the crowds. The entire unit is built to work for years.
The freezer itself has a 10-year commercial warranty. The poly tub will not rot or leak. Along with the drain pipe, the bucket keeps the freezer from making a mess. The gear head has a grease zerk to add food grade grease to the gear head every 5 batches or so of ice cream.
The motor and gear reduction system is built for heavy use. The 1 horsepower ag/industrial motor, along with the heavy duty gear box, is made to run all day, with back-to-back batches of ice cream. The slide-mount on the motor works as a very simple, no maintenance clutch. The built-in amp gauge works as an indicator when the ice cream is finished.
To empty the ice from the tub, simply slide the belt off and tip the bucket and dump the ice into your waiting pail. Place your new can full of mix back in the tub and re-use the salt and ice from the last batch. You will need to add a bit more salt and ice, but you not need to start all over making the brine.
The poly bed on the wagon frame will not get ugly from exposure to the salt. You can rinse the unit down with water when you are finished. Be sure to unplug the motor first and do not get water on/in the motor. The large, air-filled tires will roll easily to your next event.
