RETURNS
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method. Unless the item is defective, the return shipping will be deducted off the refund.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging.
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
- No returns on food items.
- TRUCK FREIGHT ITEMS, return shipping will be deducted from the refund.

- Print your prepaid shipping label that you will receive by email.

- Self freezes; requires no salt or ice! Using a cooling compressor with condenser.
- Powered by 220V electric; convenient storage hooks for electric motor with overload protection.
- Stainless thermometer indicates freezing status.
- Includes automatic shutoff timer and built-in meter indicates when the ice cream is ready.
Requires about 5 gallon of food grade antifreeze, about $200 worth. This can be reused until it gets too dirty or contaminated with other water where it is not cooling properly. Contact us for purchase details.
To measure the freezing point of the Food-Grade antifreeze, use a Brix Meter Refractometer (can be found on Amazon for less than $25).
