If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method. Unless the item is defective, the return shipping will be deducted off the refund.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging.
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
- No returns on food items.

Nicely made, is adjustable for different height pies and or even cake of the same diameter that will fit into it! VERY sturdy-made, and is made in the USA!

I had to drive from PA to MI for Thanksgiving. I tested my pans first, and they fit. I made sure to have my crust on the inside, not hanging over. I removed one of the trays and was able to fit my apple pie, pumpkin pie, and the cooked crust for my chocolate cream pie. I stuck the entire pie safe in the cooler and they looked perfect when we arrived 10 hours later. I made my chocolate cream filling when I got there. Also came in handy as it took up less table space when it came time to serve desserts. Amazing!

I have been needing a way to transport my pies I make for our family get togethers. I looked around the internet and found the adjustable pie safe. I bought this via Amazon because of the easy return policy given I wasn’t sure of the product’s dimensions, but NO WORRIES. My large glass pie pans just fit (I cannot abide pans with large rims or handles because they mess with the all-important crust pinch). If you have those sorts of pie pans, they will not fit. That said, I would buy new pans that do fit because this product is extraordinary. My baked goods arrive totally safe regardless of a bumpy ride or a dip-diddle mate who insists on taking mountain curves at Clyde Crashcup speed. The quality is exceptional—very sturdy and easy to clean. I couldn’t be more impressed!

This solves all my problems of getting many pies to gatherings. I can carry 4 right together in a fairly small footprint. Highly recommend!!

I gave this to my mom for Christmas, and she LOVES it! She always makes multiple pies for holidays and needed a way to transport them so that they did not get damaged. It does seem a little pricey, but compared to the price of individual carriers, it is well worth it. Plus, the adjustable dividers are a great feature!

About the price, I imagine if we would get them made in China, we could sell them cheaper. We would rather support our families in our communities by creating jobs that can be shared with others, allowing people to work from home. For a number of families, this is a supplemental income to farming, since the cost of farms versus the income from farming makes it hard to earn a living.

I am buying a second carrier today because the first is so useful. It is the most secure of all the cake carriers my daughter uses for local buyers. The cakes are 9 inch on 10 inch cardboard bases. Other carriers have sides that curve in; if it slides at all, other carriers damage the upper half of a tall cake. This one doesn't! So far we have not used the carrier for pies because our 9.5 inch pie pans don't fit, due to their big rims. We are shopping for smaller pans so we can fit them.
