RETURNS
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method. Unless the item is defective, the return shipping will be deducted off the refund.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging.
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
- No returns on food items.
- TRUCK FREIGHT ITEMS, return shipping will be deducted from the refund.
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

- Print your prepaid shipping label that you will receive by email.

Wintertime Layer Setup
- Prepare a 4-6 inch woodchip bed on the south side of a building. Make it 2 feet wider and longer than your Alumi-Coop.
- Install 4 Seasons Kit with included zip ties.
- Pull Alumi-Coop on top of the wood chip bedding facing south. Ad shavings as needed to keep bedding pack dry.
- Move the Superior Poultry Feeder and Waterer inside the coop. This will keep the waterer from freezing if the daytime temperatures are above 32 degrees. If the sun is shining, waterer will be okay until about 20 degree daytime temperatures.
