If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method. Unless the item is defective, the return shipping will be deducted off the refund.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging.
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
- No returns on food items.
- TRUCK FREIGHT ITEMS, return shipping will be deducted from the refund.

I've tried so many "stainless steel" pans from amazon, all claiming "stainless steel", made in china, of course. Granted, given the price, one can't expect better...but since made in usa is soooooo expensive that after making several purchases of the cheap chinesium products, it still costed less than one pan from our "homemade" stuff. HOWEVER, THESE PANS are THE HOLY GRAIL of HOMEMADE Made in USA pans that are both affordable, AND as stated "304 stainless steel"!!!! OMG!!!! I wish i had found you earlier and spared myself the danger of cooking in fake stainless steel that PEELS and oozed gray metal into my food! SUPER happy with my pans. bought 4 already!

Why? I love supporting American made products and fellow believers. I wanted pans that were not coated or made with aluminum. These bread pans worked beautifully. My gluten free bread tasted wonderful. The delivery worked well. I highly recommend the bread pans and this company. My only suggestion for would be that on the outside of the pan the metal is a bit sharp in places, which I guess is okay if the baker is aware of this. But all in all, I am very pleased. Bread pans 3035 the SS 7x4 listed at 18.92 had 3 pictures for the item. 1st showed the 1 pan. 2nd showed the pan with bread. 3rd showed 4 stacked together. I believed I was getting a 4pack of pans, I ordered 3 thinking I would get 12 pans for my $60bucks and felt decived when only 3 pans arrived. I may have continued looking before picking these. The pans are very nice though.
