If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method. Unless the item is defective, the return shipping will be deducted off the refund.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging.
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
- No returns on food items.
- TRUCK FREIGHT ITEMS, return shipping will be deducted from the refund.

Our stainless steel, 20 qt. ice cream can Flat Lid is great for storage. At a much cheaper price than the standard drive lid, the Flat Lid will be very useful.
Take your ice cream game a step further! When oxygen mixes with the unbound water on the surface of ice cream, the water crystals grow. This will make "icy" ice cream. By covering a FULL can with wax paper, or cling film, then placing the Flat Lid on the can, you can preserve your ice cream at a much better quality.
