RETURNS
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method. Unless the item is defective, the return shipping will be deducted off the refund.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging.
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
- No returns on food items.
- TRUCK FREIGHT ITEMS, return shipping will be deducted from the refund.

d. Choose Refund, Exchange, Credit. - We will send you a prepaid label.
- Print your prepaid shipping label that you will receive by email.
- Send all items back to us using the label provided.

If you are in to making ice cream with a 20 qt. freezer, you will want a spare lid. With an extra can and lid, you can easily have an extra can & lid with ice cream mix, sitting ready to go as soon as one is finished. This 5 gallon can lid is built in USA. This is built to fit the 20 qt. / 5 gallon home ice cream freezers by White Mountain. This model was discontinued years ago. We now have parts to fit the old White Mountain. Many of the parts closely resemble the parts of the newer Country Brand freezers.
