If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method. Unless the item is defective, the return shipping will be deducted off the refund.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging.
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
- No returns on food items.
- TRUCK FREIGHT ITEMS, return shipping will be deducted from the refund.

I was looking for two things - American made and without chemical non-stick coatings. As I understand it, this product matches both requirements. I’ve baked bread in them one time so far and all went well. Was delivered very promptly.

The loaf pans were exactly what we were looking for and just as described on the website. Large size, deep and great quality that looks like it should last a life time. We received them in a short time as well. I would definitely recommend these to anyone looking for a good loaf pan.

Hi, Yes, this is type 304 Stainless Steel.
Here are some excerpts to help you understand the makeup of stainless steel.
"Type 304 stainless steel is a T 300 Series Stainless Steel austenitic. It has a minimum of 18% chromium and 8% nickel, combined with a maximum of 0.08% carbon. It is defined as a Chromium-Nickel austenitic alloy. Grade 304 is the standard "18/8" stainless that you will probably see in your pans and cookery tools.'
'Does all stainless steel cookware have nickel? Yes, if your cookware is made of stainless steel, it would most likely have chromium and nickel in there. If there are cookware brands that claim to have nickel free cookware, they are most likely not using a durable version of stainless steel that is rust resistant.'
