Excellent product and business!

Like many reviewers have said here, I too was searching frantically for this simple traditional design dish rack but in stainless steel. I FINALLY found this product, not sure why it didn't show up in so many searches before; I suggest you have more keywords included so your products show up sooner in searches!. It arrived today, looks so simple yet elegant and I cant wait to use it tomorrow! The business may be small, but their ethics and helpfulness is huge! I intend to scour their website for anything else I might ever need.

This purchase went very smoothly for me. Before making the purchase, I requested information about the product, specifically what the distances were between the rack feet. I needed this information to determine whether the rack would fit on my kitchen countertop in the rack tray I intended to use. I received this information by contacting the company via phone. I was pleased to find that the rack would fit well for my situation. I placed the order, the rack was delivered earlier than the projected delivery time, and I now have a large, nice-looking dish rack in my kitchen that will never rust. I had been looking for a workable stainless steel dish rack for a long time, and I think this dish rack is well worth the price.

Not made in the US

I got this thinking it was made in the USA, unfortunately its not, its made in China. I bought the drain board along with this- that is actually made in US. Made in China should be made clear in the dish rack description. Product is good and works with the drain board, I just wish it was all from the USA since I was willing to pay a higher price.

Thanks for sharing your review. Yes, these racks are imported.
Our customers kept asking for SS dish racks. We tried to find a company in USA that would build us stainless steel dish racks. Since we could not get them made in USA, we get them custom built for us in China. It is no small investment for us to buy a container load of dish racks!
Our biggest cost of offering these racks to you is the $15- $22 it cost for UPS to deliver such a large package.
Rather than selling them from a giant warehouse, we sell and ship them from our Pennsylvania small business. So while the dish rack is not made in USA, thanks for supporting small USA business rather than the 'Amazon' and 'Walmart' giants.
