If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method. Unless the item is defective, the return shipping will be deducted off the refund.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging.
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
- No returns on food items.

To calculate length of cable, measure the length of desired line, multiply by 2, plus 4' extra.
Example... The house pole to the garage is 90' apart.
90'x 2 = 180', plus 4' extra for connector loops, = 184' of line needed. Choose the kit with 200' of line.
Installation
You will need two points of attachment. When choosing an attachment point, consider: the length of line, the weight of laundry and wind strain. If attaching to a building, be sure your anchor point will not cause structure damage. If using a utility pole for an anchor, you will need a guy wire to support the pole.
Important: To use the included ratchet, you will need a High Tensile Fence Ratchet Tightening Tool.
Drawings for a welding, self supporting pole are available.
