RETURNS
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method. Unless the item is defective, the return shipping will be deducted off the refund.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging.
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
- No returns on food items.
- TRUCK FREIGHT ITEMS, return shipping will be deducted from the refund.
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

d. Choose Refund, Exchange, Credit. - We will send you a prepaid label.
- Print your prepaid shipping label that you will receive by email.
- Send all items back to us using the label provided.

Do you have a White Mountain Motor that is no longer working?
Here is what we will do with this service offer.
- Provide a prepaid label to ship the motor to us (we get better rates than you do at retail shipping centers).
- Evaluate the motor and give you a price for repair.
- Provide a repair estimate (parts purchased separately).
- Lubricate the gear box.
- Ship the motor back to you.
We have parts for the WM (White Mountain) motors that you can purchase and repair yourself. If you rather, we offer the repair service for these motors. If the motors are older than 15 years old, please contact us before purchasing the service.
We currently have a supply of parts for the WM motors. Where do they come from? When we get the new motors in, we test each one. If they sound odd or make lots of noise, we take it apart and use it for parts. When we take them apart, we can usually tell what the reason is for the problem.
