Sourdough makes your baked goods much more digestible and eats up most of the gluten.
Did you know that fermented veggies are more digestible than fresh? Fermenting unlocks additional nutrients (including enormous amounts of vitamin C), besides supplying enzymes and probiotics more powerful than the most expensive bottle you can buy.
Milk Kefir: A blessing for those who cannot use even grass-fed A2A2 milk products, and still a huge benefit to those who can. It creates the enzymes you need to digest milk, eats most of the lactose and is absolutely loaded with probiotics- a yeast-fighting powerhouse.
Do your children have a problem digesting regular yogurt? Try 24 hour yogurt; it's lactose free and supplies a good dose of probiotics.
Water Kefir & Kombucha: These two fizzy, probiotic drinks both have their own unique benefits. Water kefir is even loved by finicky children and pop drinkers. Kombucha tastes rather like sparkling apple cider and is a powerful detoxifier.

You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method. Unless the item is defective, the return shipping will be deducted off the refund.Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
