Insulated

Old-fashioned method of hardening ice cream to keep it for several days in the Immergood freezer

Leave the ice cream in the can, remove the dasher and place a sheet of wax paper over the can. Press the can cover down over the wax paper and cover the lid hole with a cork or tape. Drain off the water in the tub and repack with 5 parts ice to 1 part salt, until the entire can and lid are covered with the ice/salt mixture. Then place the Immergood insulated cover over the top. Let set, will freeze hard.

Ice cream cover. Home place market refunded my money

it was long size it was for a quart and I needed one for 6 quart

Hi there, thank you for your feedback on the Immergood TUB COVER. I understand you initially bought an 8 qt tub cover and needed a 6 qt. tub cover. I am glad we were able to help you get that straightend out and process the return and refund through Walmart.com for the wrong size.

Immergood SS engraved cover for 6 quart ice cream maker

This adds a nice touch to those times when you need to make ice cream ahead of serving it. Looks great (I opted for a laser engraved lid) and works very well as it keeps ice cream frozen for hours after making. Fits nicely and locks in place using the motor latch. Note that you will need to remove the dasher from the canister and replace the canister lid before the bucket cover will fit into place. I recommend this addition to your Immergood ice cream maker.

Tube Lid

Works very well. allows you to freeze ahead of time and keeps ice cream frozen. Also makes Transporting ice cream very easy in a car. Lid keeps its cold without using old coats and feed sacks like with previous makers.

Glad I Decided to Purchase

Well made, heavy duty insulated lid. I’ve gone through a few White Mountain freezers and never had the option of this convenient type of lid for the bucket. So handy to keep the ice cream chilling after churning is finished.

a good idea well executed

i purchased this recently as an alternative to bath towels folded and draped over the freezer. used it this past Sunday afternoon and had the firmest set home made ice cream i can remember and nothing to put in the laundry when it was done, just a quick wipe down and rinse. I like it alot.

Tub lid

Works good but over priced could use a handle on top to lift off

To make the product cheaper, we have thought about getting them built over-seas or making them from plastic. Either way, I feel it would be a compromise on the quality and value of a USA made product.
I like your idea of a handle. We will have to see how we can build that into the lid.

Love the lid!

The lid for my new Immergood freezer is outstanding. I have always had a White Mountain freezer and had to put plastic bags over the packed ice and towels on top of that to keep the ice frozen. This insulated lid works so much better with a lot less mess and hastle. Great idea Immergood!!!

Insulated Lid

This insulated lid is very heavy duty. The tangs are solid. It fits tight on my 6 quart mixer and holds the cold in very well. It is so nice to be able to make the ice cream early and "LID" it and set it aside, and then eat it after a few hours. Thanks for your good products.
