Are you looking for some summer fun? Fun that involves young and old and great food at the same time? The Immergood Homemade Ice Cream Maker will be a hit at any gathering.
We enjoy good ice cream, and I imagine you do too... start out with a vanilla base and let the fun begin. After the mixture has started to firm, you can add fruit like strawberries, fresh picked raspberries or sweets. When adding soft chocolate, add it just before you stop churning, it will stay softer and if done right, you may be able to get some of that chocolate shell effect like bought ice cream.
What is better... creamy delicious ice cream, fun making it and an ice cream freezer that will likely outlast your generation.
Ice Cream Maker Features

Instructions
Delicious homemade ice cream coming up! Start by choosing a recipe (recipe book included). You can also buy our pre-maid ingredient mix and just add the liquid ingredients.
Fill your can with the refrigerated mix and place the can in the tub and attach the motor.
Fill the tub 2/3 full of ice. Add 1 cup of salt on the ice.
Fill the tub up to the top of the can with ice. Add 3 cups of salt on top of the ice.
Plug in the motor, turn the motor ON
Top off the tub with ice, add more ice and salt as needed.
Be sure the drain holes stays open. This lets the water run off as the ice melts. Otherwise, the salty water will end up in the ice cream. Churning will take 15-30 minutes. It depends on the salt brine, and the recipe for the ice cream used.
You will likely find that the insulated tub will allow ice to last longer and ice cream to freezer faster, compared to the wooden tubs of yesterday.

We purchased the 6qt battery powered model and my only regret is not buying one sooner. It’s super quiet, super fast and pretty much idiot proof. Once it’s filed with ice and salt you can pretty much walk away from it and come back when it’s finished.

Absolutely amazed at how quiet the dc motor is. I’ve owned several ice cream makers over the years and this is by far the best. I used a Milwaukee 8ah battery and it would probably freeze 5 or more tubs on one battery. The quality is superb!!! Thank you!

I was very skeptical about ordering at this price. We didn’t k ow if we should get battery or plug in. We went with the battery. We have made two churns and still have plenty battery life. This churn seems to give the I e cream a smooth creamy texture. We are tickled with our churn!!!!!

I wish I had this freezer 20 years ago! My 8 quart battery powered ice cream freezer was finished 20 minutes ago and my “other” brand 4 quart is still going. It’s expensive but I expect it to last me the next 20 years.

Been making homemade ice cream since a kid. As an adult, I've purchased multiple ice cream freezers that eventually break or have a malfunction then can't get parts because manufacturer is out of business. The Immergood is so well made. If I ever do need parts, seems like I'll be able to find them. I have the 6qt battery operated model with my Milwaukee battery. I love it. Motor isn't irritatingly loud and beautiful ice cream in 20 minutes. An investment with the price but worth it to me.

Shipping was fast. The motor is extremely quiet and in 20-25 minutes some of the best ice cream you have ever had. The insulated tub will keep the ice cream hard for hours. You can buy cheaper ones but you will be wasting your money. Spend it once and be done.

Better built than I was expecting..high quality. Also far quieter than I thought was possible! Worked like a charm on a Dewalt battery and even after one batch the battery still showed full charge! Would highly recommend. Fast shipping also!

We originally bought one for ourselves and two subsequently for gifts to family members. Everyone really loves the ice cream! And we love the battery power. The churn can go anywhere in the yard or the house and it will be ready in 20-25 minutes. I like being able to add fruit toward the end of the cycle.

I bought the 6 quart Immergood Ice Cream Freezer powered by a Dewalt battery. I have tried quite a few different brands to this point and have been very disappointed with those other brands. This Immergood brand has the quality that will last for countless bartches of Ice Cream. You will not find another brand that will even get close. The stainless steel parts will never strip out. 2/5/22 Took this to Muskegon Luge Adventure Sports Park. North Muskegon, Michigan. Stayed the night in a Boy scout cabin close to the Luge park. Made Wendy's style frosty with 3qt Rich chocolate milk, 28oz sweetened condensed milk, & 16oz Cool Whip Original Frozen Whipped Topping. put in mixing tub turned on for a couple of minutes to mix it up. Added Ice and salt and in 20 minutes we were eating the best Wendy's frosty clone. it's great to be able to do this without cranking or needing a plug outlet. The battery power is great!!!!

I do not give 5 stars often, this machine is made to make ice cream and do it efficiency. I have been making ice cream for 30 years with a White Mountain and to be honest it did a good job but the motor not so good. This Immergood is a White Mountain on steroids with all the improvements done that needed to be completed on the old White Mountain. I have never made ice cream in 12 minutes, this thing shocked me due to not having used all the salt I normally do and still had half a bag of ice left. The new insulated bucket keeps the cold in transferring it directedly to the tub and with the plastic paddles on the dasher kept the ice cream off the tub more efficiently than the old wood paddles did. The only thing left to make it perfect is to mount a latch on the other side of the bucket so you can unlatch both sides and remove the motor straight up without the binding. I ordered a latch and will install it. It is worth the money believe me. I will upload a video the next time it is used.

The motor on the battery powered gear frames and the 110volt electric gear frame by Immergood are essentially the same motor, just engineered for different voltages.
Both motors have more than enough power to churn a 6 qt. ice cream freezer. 1 tool battery should easily churn 1-2 batches of ice cream.
This question is often asked. Which is better, the battery or electric? I say it makes more of a difference, 1. If you already have tool batteries. 2. How you think you may use the freezer.
If you only plan to use the freezer in your garage next to an electric outlet, the electric model will be best.
If you think you might take the freezer along out on the patio, out by the campfire, along to the beach, camping, or at the pavilion by the playground, the battery freezer will be great for you.
Is there a warranty on the 6qt battery operated ice cream maker?

Yes, Immergood carries a 1 year warranty on electrical parts, 3 year warranty on the rest of the ice cream freezer.
Unlike large corporations, Immergood does not plan to make a product obsolete in a certain number of years, so parts and service will be available for a long time.
