RETURNS
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method. Unless the item is defective, the return shipping will be deducted off the refund.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging.
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
- No returns on food items.
- TRUCK FREIGHT ITEMS, return shipping will be deducted from the refund.

A you tired of moving your electric fence along with your coop? Now available, the Pred-x shocking fence is a system that is mobile and attached to the Alumi-coop. The fence will give you peace of mind at night, knowing your flock is safe from predators!
Adjustable height. The brackets use self-tapping screws to attach to the coop.

Excellent design and thoughtfully put together. High quality hardware and clear instructions. You can tell someone took the time to select equipment to make a functional product. Fits perfect. Make sure you test your voltage. The energizer doesn’t need a grounding rod but does need a good bare metal connection.

We've been using the Alumi-Coop Pred-x shocking electric fence for a full year now (this is our second one), and it continues to work perfectly. The system is very well designed — easy to attach to the mobile coop and provides reliable predator protection.
Best part: we have not lost a single bird while they’re inside the coop the entire time.
