RETURNS
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method. Unless the item is defective, the return shipping will be deducted off the refund.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging.
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
- No returns on food items.
- TRUCK FREIGHT ITEMS, return shipping will be deducted from the refund.

d. Choose Refund, Exchange, Credit. - We will send you a prepaid label.
- Print your prepaid shipping label that you will receive by email.

- Adjustable Damping. Set the level of damping that fits your application.
- Adjustable Spring. Lets you set how hard you want the door to close.
- Door MUST open beyond 6" to activate the "Soft-Close" feature.
- Comes with protective plastic film on the door that must be removed to reveal the clear plexiglass window. (scar the edge with a razor to allow the film to come off cleanly along the edges.
- Great for a dog door in a wall of a house or dog door in a kennel setting.
- Does not include trim for inside of house or in the door jam.
