RETURNS
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method. Unless the item is defective, the return shipping will be deducted off the refund.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging.
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
- No returns on food items.
- TRUCK FREIGHT ITEMS, return shipping will be deducted from the refund.

d. Choose Refund, Exchange, Credit. - We will send you a prepaid label.
- Print your prepaid shipping label that you will receive by email.
- Send all items back to us using the label provided.

We are not perfect, so yes, we allow our employees to make mistakes occasionally. They are working long days, trying to get the orders out as fast as possible. The lids are too loose so I can't use them for freezing like I was planning on. The lids could have been designed better.

I like the material and size of the boxes, however the lids are very loose on the boxes and don’t stay on very well.

I had so much trouble finding these sorts of containers, and your company is the only one that offered a quality product at a reasonable price. The shape of these containers allows me to stack the items I freeze (applesauce) for efficient freezer space. Shipping was fast, and I am so pleased!

These are similar to the old plastic containers people used to use. They are sturdy with solid lids that fit well. We needed non-round containers for our cooler. Quick delivery too.

I couldn't find the traditional square freezer containers any longer. These seem to be a good alternative, although the lids don't seem as tight. But I'm trying them this season.
