RETURNS
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method. Unless the item is defective, the return shipping will be deducted off the refund.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging.
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
- No returns on food items.
- TRUCK FREIGHT ITEMS, return shipping will be deducted from the refund.
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

d. Choose Refund, Exchange, Credit. - We will send you a prepaid label.
- Print your prepaid shipping label that you will receive by email.
- Send all items back to us using the label provided.

How it works?
You give us the text or images you want engraved. We can engrave logos, names or monograms. If supplying artwork, it should be Black and White, preferably a Vector images. We use our laser engraving machine to personalize your ice cream freezer. You get a new ice cream maker that just became extra special. If you have an image or design you found online, send it to use, we may be able to use this image or give you suggestions.

This is the second one I buy (first one for me, second for friends with a large family). They are expensive but so well worth the price. Very sturdy, extremely well made, they work perfectly, are relatively easy to clean and I have no doubt they will last for several generations. Homeplase Market is also very quick to answer questions and were helpful with the engraving, showing me what it would look like before doing it. The shipping to Europe went very smoothly too. A great experience, form ordering to making the ice cream.
