This canner is for the serious homestead or commercial canning operation. The canner can be wood fired for fast heat. If you prefer more control, use the LP burner (sold separate).
The original intent is for water bath canning, but people have found many more uses like... scalding, blanching, cooking corn, and butchering.

If the actual cost of shipping does not fall within this price range +/- 10%, we will contact you to settle the difference. Please contact us to get a freight quote.
