RETURNS
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method. Unless the item is defective, the return shipping will be deducted off the refund.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging.
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
- No returns on food items.
- TRUCK FREIGHT ITEMS, return shipping will be deducted from the refund.

- The tapered center of the pulley and the keyed hub with a flare make for a simple tight fit.

Use 3/4" Pulley Hub with your heavy duty 12 qt. Immergood Freezer.
Use 7/8" Hub if using our Belt Drive Set. 20 Quart Country Freezer
Use 1" Hub for Jack shafts.

When determining the size of the pulley you need, you will need to consider the speed of the power unit, the size of the pulley on the power unit and of course, how fast you want the ice cream freezer to run. The ice cream maker speed is preferred between 50-80 RPM. If you need help getting the parts you need, you are welcome to give us a call.

How many revolutions should actual cannister make with a 5 gallon set up?
We figure 60-80 RPM on the 20 qt. as well as the smaller 12 quart size.
The 8 and 6 quart sizes have a range of 60-100 RPM.
