RETURNS
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method. Unless the item is defective, the return shipping will be deducted off the refund.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging.
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
- No returns on food items.
- TRUCK FREIGHT ITEMS, return shipping will be deducted from the refund.

Received my Immergood 12qt ice cream maker two weeks ago. I paired it with a Stover 1.5 hp hit & miss. The Immergood equipment is top notch commercial grade, well engineered and constructed. I made my first batch this week and it performed flawlessly. This setup will be enjoyed for many years.

I have made ice cream 3 times with this freezer and am very impressed with it seems to be very high quality and works great.It actually freezes a lot faster than my white mountain with a wooden tub!!

I have an 8 quart Immergood freezer that I drive with an old electric motor along with a set of A. H. Mutschler speed reducing pulleys. It works well so now I need to have an end fabricated to use this system on my new 12 quart Immergood freezer. I am very impressed with the quality of both Immergood freezers that I have purchased and their engineering is even better than the White Mountain units which I have also. They should make a lot of ice cream for a long time.
