RETURNS
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method. Unless the item is defective, the return shipping will be deducted off the refund.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging.
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
- No returns on food items.
- TRUCK FREIGHT ITEMS, return shipping will be deducted from the refund.
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

c. Reason For Return
d. Choose Refund, Exchange, Credit. - We will send you a prepaid label.
- Print your prepaid shipping label that you will receive by email.
- Send all items back to us using the label provided.

Alumi-Coop - Replacement Handle
This is a genuine part for your Alumi-coop chicken tractor. To install, remove the bolt on each side that connects the handle to the bars. If you handle is bent, it will require some force to separate the two pieces. Place the new bar in and insert the rods. Be sure to line up the cam on the ends to the wheels lift properly. Re-insert the bolts.
