RETURNS
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method. Unless the item is defective, the return shipping will be deducted off the refund.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging.
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
- No returns on food items.
- TRUCK FREIGHT ITEMS, return shipping will be deducted from the refund.

20 Quart, Country Ice Cream Freezer. The Country Freezer takes the place of the simple, dependable salt and ice, ice cream maker that was first introduced by White Mountain over 100 years ago. The food contact parts are Stainless Steel, cast housing is a manganese bronze, making the entire freezer rust resistant food ready.
NSF Approved. The freezer has NSF approval for use in inspected food preparation facilities.
Drain Included with a screen to direct the salt water into a container or away from the machine.
Hinged Platform The tub is easy to tip over and allow the ice and water to be dumped into a bucket and re-used.
Clutch Assembly, easily disengage the belt to check your ice cream with the stainless steel, belt tensioner.
Stainless Steel. We use stainless fasteners wherever possible to make your unit look nice, stay nice, and work well for years of use.
Fully Assembled ready to work. Just add gasoline, salt, ice and mix!
